Alcohol Swab Machines

Purpose-built rotary systems designed for converting cotton swabs, gauze swabs, and iodine swabs

At Bernal, we’ve been designing, manufacturing, and implementing high-speed, complex rotary converting systems crafted specifically to meet the exacting demands of the medical and cosmetic industries for decades. The systems we create are engineered to flawlessly and quickly handle every step in the production of a wide variety of wipes and other pads made from both woven and nonwoven material. Applications

Our systems are primarily designed for folded nonwoven pads, individually wrapped and sealed into printed pouches with added alcohol, iodine, or perfumes — but you could use practically any liquid with these systems as long as that liquid has the right viscosity. Our systems also do a phenomenal job with woven materials such as cotton and various gauzes, and any additional liquid in the sealing process is completely optional.

  • 3000 parts per minute maximum mechanical speed. Half haze is half the output of the full size, and depends on the product size repeat—whats important is the machine runs at 50 ft/min or 1500 PPM
  • Available printing capabilities for the top side of the finished pouch
